Info about Thomas Kostner
Thomas Kostner, head chef at Hotel Am Sonnenhang, is one of the best in his profession. During several years of experience abroad in Switzerland, Canada and Germany, he worked with Joachim Wissler at the Vendôm, the Schwarzwaldstube in Baiersbronn and the South Tyrolean star chef Martin Dalsass, among others. He then returned to his native South Tyrol and began his career as a patissier at the Hotel Castel in 2009 under chef Gerhard Wieser, who has been awarded two Michelin stars.
